Keräsin siemeniä isokukkaisesta siementävästä v. 2005. Siemenet itivät ja kesällä 2008 F2-polven taimet osoittivat mielenkiintoista hajontaa lehtimuodoillaan. Kuvat on skaalattu käden koon mukaan, jotta lehtien kokoa on helpompi vertailla. Tällä sivulla on suurilehtisimmät taimet, seuraavalla sivulla pienilehtiset. I collected seed from the fertile canadense x ssp. japonicum plant in 2005. The seeds germinated and in 2008 the F2 generation plants showed up interesting variations in the leave forms. I have scaled the pictures based on my hand so that it would be easier to compare the size of the leaves. On this page are the plants with largest leaves, on next page the smaller ones.

F2-polvessa lehtien koko vaihteli suuresti eri yksilöiden välillä. Osalla taimista oli hyvin pienet lehdet. Edellisellä sivulla ovat suurilehtiset taimet. The size of the leaves had a rather large variation in the F2 generation plants. Some plants had very small leaves. The plants with large leaves are shown on previous page.
