R. myrtifolium lepidootti on kotoisin Itä-Euroopasta ja ollut minulla täysin kestävä.
R. myrtifolium is from East Europe and it has been fully hardy in my garden.
'P.M.A. Tigerstedt' alppiruusun valkoisissa kukissa on tumma täplä. 'P.M.A. Tigerstedt' has white flowers with dark blotch.

R. complexum on harvinainen Lapponica-alasektion lepidootti. Talvenkestävyys taitaa olla rajatapaus. R. complexum is a rare lepidote from subsection Lapponica.

R. hippophaeoides ei ole täysin kestävä Suomessa ilman lumisuojaa. R. hippophaeoides is not fully hardy in Finland without snow cover.

'Flämingperle' on avopölytteinen R. hippophaeoides lajike, löytäjänä Mr. Brehmer, Wiesenburgista, Saksasta. 'Flämingperle' is an open-pollinated R. hippophaeoides hybrid, found by Mr. Brehmer, Wiesenburg, Germany.

'Pohjolan Tytär' on suomalainen alppiruusulajike ja sen nuput avautuvat vaaleanpunaisina. 'Pohjola's Daughter' is a Finnish hybrid and it's flower buds open light red.

'Pohjolan Tytär' on risteytys ['Cunningham's White' x (smirnowii Seidel hybrid)]. 'Pohjola's Daughter' is cross ['Cunningham's White' x (smirnowii Seidel hybrid)].

'Pohjolan Tytär' alppiruusun kukat muuttuvat valkoisiksi vanhetessaan. The flowers of 'Pohjola's Daughter' turn white when aging.

R. vaseyi, perhosatsalea on kestävä ainakin lounaisrannikolla. R. vaseyi is hardy on southwest coast of Finland.
