'Calsap' on eräs suosikeistani. Se kukkii luotettavasti joka vuosi.
'Calsap' is one of my favorites. It blooms faithfully every year.
'Catawbiense Boursault' on vanha (ennen 1849) catawbiense-lajin valikoitu muoto tai risteytys. 'Catawbiense Boursault' is an old (pre 1849) form or hybrid of R. catawbiense.

'Matterhorn' on osoittaunut minulla kestäväksi täysin aurinkoisella paikalla. 'Matterhorn has turned out to be fully hardy in full sun in my garden.

'Matterhorn' on sveitsiläisen Robert Selegerin risteytys. 'Matterhorn' is a cross by Robert Seleger (Switzerland).

'Matterhorn' alppiruusun samassa kukinnossa voi olla kahdenvärisiä täpliä. There can be two different colored blotches in the same truss of 'Matterhorn'.

'Calsap' on Michenerin risteytys 'Catalgla' x 'Sappho'. 'Calsap' is cross 'Catalgla' x 'Sappho' by Michener.


R. calostrotum ssp. keleticum on matalakasvuinen Saluenensia-alasektion lepidootti. Se hyötyy lumisuojasta selvityäkseen talvesta. R. calostrotum ssp. keleticum is a low growing lepidote from subsection Saluenensia. It benefits from snow cover in Finland to survive.

Etualalla on Hachmannin risteytys 'Junifee' ['Hachmann's Charmant' x 'Anilin']. In front is Hachmann's cross 'Junifee' ['Hachmann's Charmant' x 'Anilin'].
